Instructions:
To search for a specific Credentialed Professional Staff member, please select a Hospital first, then enter their surname.
To search for a group of Credentialed Professional Staff members in a specific department and division/specialty, select a Hospital, then choose the appropriate Department, and if applicable, the Division.
To obtain a complete listing of all Credentialed Professional Staff members with current privileges at either LHSC or St. Joseph’s Health Care London, click on the "Start your search" button without selecting any criteria.
